Quinn: 3D Character Modeling & Mascot Development
How do you turn a brand's personality into a character people can connect with? For Queens Craft Brigade (QCB), a local NYC art market, I developed Quinn: a scrappy, huggable raccoon with a brigade sash packed with tools of the trade, celebrating the small businesses and creatives at the heart of the community.
After pitching the concept to QCB's owner, I brought Quinn into 3D using Blender, creating a rigged character model that could be used across the brand's visual identity. The result is a versatile mascot asset that brings personality and consistency to QCB's growing collection of branded materials.
As QCB's Creative Director, I continue to expand Quinn's world through branded design and visual storytelling, building on the market's existing identity, including the logo I originally designed in 2021.
From character concept to 3D model to brand asset. Scroll to see Quinn in action and explore the evolving QCB visuals.
